1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Technovium website (www.technovium.co.uk) and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Technovium is a trading name registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 128 Tech Lane, Shoreditch, London, EC2A 4NE.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate (20%). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our extended 30-day returns policy provides additional flexibility. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
