30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging (sealed software and media must remain sealed)
- In unused, resalable condition
- Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
- Log into your account and go to Order History
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Choose your reason for return
- Print the prepaid returns label we provide
- Pack the item securely and drop off at any Royal Mail or Parcelforce collection point
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your bank to process the credit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free collection and send a replacement or full refund immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.
