Orders & Payments
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for business orders. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified but can be returned under our 30-day returns policy.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. VAT invoices are included with every order and available for download from your account.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 business days. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2PM (Monday-Friday). Express same-day delivery is available in selected London postcodes.
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 incur a flat rate shipping fee of £3.99. Next-day delivery is available for £5.99.
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We are working on expanding to European countries soon.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard or our Order Tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all products. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Simply log into your account, select the order, and initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your bank to process the refund.
Yes, exchanges are available for the same product in a different specification (e.g., colour or size). Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. If the replacement costs more, you'll pay the difference.
Technical & Account
Yes, all products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on the product). Extended warranty options are available at checkout for selected products.
